What This Website Does and Does Not Offer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before using tommyspastries.lat. It provides a general template, not legal advice.

Connections, Not Installation Work

Tommyspastries Walk-In Tubs runs a referral and marketing service for homeowners seeking independent walk-in tub, walk-in shower or tub-to-shower conversion providers. We do not sell bathing products or perform installation, repair or servicing. An independent provider carries out any work in your home.

What a Referral Means

A connection does not represent our endorsement of a provider. We offer no assurance about product or work quality, timing, price or results, or provider availability in your area at any particular time. Providers carry responsibility for their own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Health Decisions Need Individual Advice

Website descriptions explain product features generally. They are not medical or health advice, and we make no claim that a tub, shower or feature prevents injury or improves a health condition. Discuss questions about bathing with a health or mobility condition with a qualified health professional.

Treat Prices as Background Information

Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes for your bathroom. Products, room conditions, materials and the work required affect actual pricing. Obtain a written estimate from the provider before work begins.

Payment Assistance and Borrowing

We cannot determine whether insurance, a government program or another source may contribute toward your project. Website information makes no promise of coverage or funding. Ask the relevant plan or program directly. Financing, if offered, comes from a provider or third party under its own terms.

Payments for Connections

Providers or marketing partners may compensate Tommyspastries Walk-In Tubs for connecting them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure gives further details about that arrangement.

Limits of Published Information

We work to keep website information correct and current, but offer no warranty of completeness or absence of errors.
